ANALYTICAL SKILLS

Cultivation techniques for isolation and enumeration of microorganisms. Biochemical activities and identification of microorganisms. Microbiological examination of air, water, food, dairy and beverages products. All microbiological analysis (total plate count, total bacterial count, yeast & mold

count) of different samples of finished products and other raw materials used in distilleries and food & dairy industries.

Microscopic observation, culture maintenance and Preservation. Media preparation, sterilization, maintenance and cleaning of culture room other parts

microbiology lab, temperature monitoring etc. Procedures employed in clinical screening of various body parts for pathogenic

microorganisms. Knowledge regarding microbiological and chemical analysis of raw materials &

finished products related to food. Knowledge about hygiene and sanitation of processing area and surroundings of food

industries. Knowledge about effluent treatment plant analysis of related parameters like BOD,

COD, DO, etc.

Manufacturing and Quality control of Frozen Product like Frozen (IQF) Green peas, frozen sweet corn, Broccoli, Spinach Pulp and Other frozen Vegetables.

Manufacturing and Quality control of Frozen French Fries. Maintaining and updating of all documents related to quality assurance in microbiology

laboratory.

Presently working in Bhanu Farms Ltd. (Bangur) Jabalpur as a Microbiologist (Q.A).

EXPERIENCE

One year experience in distilleries lab. Worked as a research assistant (microbiology) in Crest

Biotech Pvt. Ltd. Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi.

I am working with Katsu Mi Japan & Kobe Bhussan. Handling all microbiological and Q.A work

related to export product.
