Japanese
Bakery
日本のベーカリ
Nihon no beekari
Main goals….
Organized production
Attractive image.
Excellent customer service
Strategic localization.
First impression from 2 per-
spectives:
The view: How the colours
make the bakery full of life.
The desserts: And obviously
the food, not only because of
it’s weird looks but also, for
it’s taste and quality.
Mission
Our mission is to make
our customers feel as if
they were stepping into a
genuine bakery in Japan,
not only with the large
variety of desserts we’ll
offer, but also the
Japanese vibe the bakery
will have.

Popular Desserts:
_________________________________

one of the
most pop-
ular Japa-
nese con-
fectioneries. It is Anko (sweet
red bean paste) sandwiched be-
tween sweet
pancakes.
Green tea
chocolate: Or
as Japanese
call them “Matcha Nama Choco-
lates” (抹茶生チョコレート), simp-
ly melt in your mouth.

cious choc-
olate cus-

pastry
cones.
Our desserts will be affordable
for everyone.
Vision
Our vision is to become a
popular bakery that awakens
people’s curiosity to come and
try this foreign culture that
Colombians don’t really know
much about through desserts.
