Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Today, the Gospel presents us with two of Jesus' miracles that speak of the great faith of two entirely different persons. Whether Jairus an official of the syna-gogue or that poor ailing woman, both displayed much faith: Jairus is certain Jesus can cure his daughter, while that good old woman knows that just touch-ing Jesus' robe will be more than enough to deliver her from her very serious bleeding. And, Jesus, because both are persons with a strong faith, grants them what they wanted. Two great lessons in faith for us. Jairus and the woman suffering a serious bleed-
ing, along with so many others, from the Gospel pages, speak to us of the need to have an unmovable faith. We can make ours that beautiful evangelic exclamation: «O Lord, I believe; help my unbelief» (Mk 9:24). The end of our fiscal year is just around the corner. This is the time of year when we go over the fi-nances of the past year and set the budget for the coming year 2019. We are grateful for all the ways you have shared your financial gifts with our parish. As the parish relies on the regular giving of our members, now might be a good time to reflect on your financial giving to the par-ish. While many take vacations dur-ing these summer months and things may slow down a bit, we en-courage you to stay connected to the parish and continue sharing the gifts God has entrusted to you. You can access our weekly bulletin online and stay updated with parish activities through our website. You can also contribute to the parish through our we share online portal found on our parish website. Thank you for sharing your talents.

SUNDAY : THIRTEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME JULY 1, 2018
Queridos Hermanos y Hermanas:
Hoy, el Evangelio nos presenta dos de los milagros de Jesús que hablan de la gran fe de dos personas completamente diferentes. Ya sea Jairo, un oficial de la sinagoga o esa pobre mujer enferma, ambos mostraron mucha fe: Jairo está seguro de que Jesús puede curar a su hija, mientras que esa buena mujer sabe que solo tocar la túnica de Jesús será más que suficiente para librarla de su
propia sangrado serio Y, Jesús, porque ambos son personas con una fe fuerte, les otorga lo que querían. Dos grandes lecciones de fe para noso-tros. Jairo y la mujer que sufre una
hemorragia grave, junto con muchas otras, de las páginas del Evangelio, nos hablan de la necesidad de tener una fe inamovible. Podemos hacer nuestra her-mosa exclamación evangélica: «Oh Se-ñor, yo creo; ayuda mi incredulidad »(Mc 9:24). El final de nuestro año fiscal está a la vuelta de la esquina. Esta es la época del año en que repasaremos las finanzas del año pasado y esta-bleceremos el presupuesto para el próximo año 2019. Agradecemos todas las formas en que compartió sus donaciones financieras con nuestra parroquia. Como la parro-quia confía en la donación regular de nuestros miembros, este podría ser un buen momento para reflexionar sobre sus contribuciones financieras a la parroquia. Mientras que muchos toman vacaciones durante estos me-ses de verano y las cosas se pueden bajar de ritmo un poco, lo alentamos a que se mantenga conectado con la parroquia y continúe compartiendo los regalos que Dios le ha confiado.
