Importancia de la adherencia en oncología

2. Existen muchos cuestionarios que nos ayudan a estimarla
3. La tasa de adherencia en oncología es óptima

5. El farmacéutico oncológico interviene en la mejora de la adherencia
1. ¿MENOS IMPORTANTE?
AUMENTO DE LOS TRATAMIENTOS ORALES EN ONCOLOGÍA Citostaticos orales convencionales: ciclofosfamida, capecitabina, temozolamida, mercaptopurina
Moléculas dirigidas: imatinib, nilotinib, dasatinib, sunitinib, pazopanib, erlotinib, gefitinib, afatinib, lenvatinib, cabozantinib, afatinib, palbociclib, idelalisib, ibrutinib, lenalidomida
Hormonoterapia: tamoxifeno y anastrazol o abiraterona o enzalutamida.
MAYOR DURACIÓN DE LOS TRATAMIENTOS
por ejemplo: hay pacientes que llevan 17 años tomando imatinib
paciente de carcinoma renal puede llevar 3 líneas de fármacos orales
actualmente está indicado la hormonoterapia adyuvante en cáncer de
mama con tamoxifeno durante 10 años
