¿Quién te inspira? ¿Por qué? Esta es una selección de personas inspiradoras, personas que han hecho una contribución duradera a la creación de un mundo mejor. Estas personas han inspirado a otros por sus diversos logros, pero también por su actitud y valores. ¿Conoces algunos héroes estadounidenses? ¿Y de otros países? Cuando pensamos en los héroes, es común pensar en hombres famosos. Pero las mujeres también pueden ser valientes y heroicas. ¿Conoces algunas heroínas estadounidenses o de otros países? Hay varias, pero en muchos casos ellas no son tan bien conocidas como los hombres.

Overview
En esta lección, los estudiantes aprenderan a describir personas y cosas. Describir a otros; características personales; (Profesiones, vocabulario que describe personas y cosas). Aprenderán a expresar dudas, negación, o no creencia. Aprenderán a expresar emociones positivas y negativas usando el subjuntivo with ojala y verbos of hope (posibilidad). También, usaremos el subjuntivo con verbos de influencia y sufijos.

Two people in the group are going to investigate a couple of women and the other two will investigate another pair. Before you begin the research, you and your classmates will talk about heroes and heroines, and will create a list of the qualities they have.
