Hay anticuerpos con especificidad por fosfolípidos con carga negativa.SAAF: Occurrencia de trombosis, aborto recurrente, junto con la presencia de anticuerpos antifosfolípidícos circulantes(Anticoagulante lúpico, anticardiolipinas y β2− glicoproteína I.
