Esto se debe al alto contenido de azúcares en la alimentación de los
jóvenes.
La OMS no se refiere a los azúcares de las frutas, verduras frescas o la
leche (azúcar natural), sino a los que se encuentran “ocultos”(hidden) en
los alimentos que generalmente no se ven como “dulces", como por
ejemplo la salsa de tomate.
Las recomendaciones se hacen en base a datos científicos que muestran
que la gente que consume un bajo porcentaje de azúcares, reduce la
obesidad y los problemas dentales.
El azúcar es importante ya que es una fuente de energía, pero es
importante el control de ella en tu dieta diaria.
Crea una lista de alimentos que comes que contienen azúcares libres.

reemplazarlo (replace) para evitar el consumo excesivo de azúcar.

use of "ser" and "estar". Both of them are translated to the English verb "to be" (I am,
you are etc.) but depending on what you are saying you will have to decide which one
of them to use. This tutorial will attempt to give you so some guidance so that you can
use "ser" and "estar" correctly most of the time. We also have some interactive tests
so that you can see how well you know how to use ser and estar.
