1. Empresa: es toda actividad económica organizada para la
producción, transformación, distribución, transporte o custodia
de bienes y/o servicios.
2. Bienes: todo lo que constituye el patrimonio de las personas y
que esta avaluado en dinero.
3. Bienes semovientes: son esos bienes que no se clasifican ni en
muebles e inmuebles ya que es un ser vivó.. EJ. Ganado,
marranos, gallinas…
4. Acciones: Titulo valor que le permite tener dicho porcentaje en
la empresa.
5. Franquicia: es el hecho de utilizar la razón social de una empresa
ya posicionada en el mercado, teniendo en cuenta los mismos
procedimientos que la empresa ya posicionada utiliza.
6. Bienes inalienables: Están fuera del comercio, por ende no están
a la venta.(bien publico)
7. Bienes imprescriptibles: los particulares nunca podrán tomar o
manejar eso. (bien publico)
8. Bienes vacantes: Son aquellos que han tenido dueño pero no se sabe
donde esta.
9. Bienes mostrencos: Son aquellos que nunca han tenido dueño y no
se conoce.
10. Establecimiento de comercio: Es todo el conjunto de bienes, que
se posee para realizar el comercio.
11. Local comercial: El lugar físico donde se probé o prestan esos
bienes o servicios.
12. Impuesta persona: Cuando a una persona se le brinda un poder
para hablar y actuar a nombre de la persona que le otorgo el poder.
13. Oneroso: con animo de lucro con un fin de obtener ganancia.
14. Enajenación: vender y administrar bienes ya sean muebles o
inmuebles.
15. Operaciones de martillo: Son todo lo que se conoce como
subastas.
16. Corretaje: es la asesoría que realizan personas en, algunas
empresas para indicar al publico interesado en que se debe o
no invertir.
17. contrato: Es un acuerdo de voluntad entre 2 o más
personas para dar, hacer o no hacer.
18. Contrato de sociedad: Donde 2 o más personas se obligan
a hacer un aporte en dinero, trabajo, bienes para tener
utilidades.
19. Perito: Es aquella persona que se encarga de verificar los
aportes hecho en bienes y si su valor es el dicho.
20.Residencia: Lugar donde la persona vive y convive.
21. Domicilio: Lugares donde la persona pasa por temporadas o
instantes.
22. Matriz: Es el pilar de toda las sucursales que tiene una empresa
donde ejerce el control económico, financiero, administrativo, y por
supuesto político de las otras empresas
23. Permuta: Cuando el valor de una cosa que se tiene para la venta es
parte en dinero y la otra es una cosa la cual debe tener mayor valor que
el dinero.
24. Flete: está vinculado al alquiler de un medio de transporte. El
término puede hacer referencia al precio del alquiler, a la carga que se
transporta o al vehículo utilizado.
25. Embalaje: es un recipiente o envoltura que contiene productos de
manera temporal principalmente para agrupar unidades de un
producto pensando en su manipulación, transporte y almacenaje.
