Analysis of multiple bit runs allowed designers to develop a bitwith optimal quantity of cutters on minimum quantity of blades.Aggressive cutting structure provides maximum ROP.
Due to specially developed bit cleaning method (theeffectiveness of which has been repeatedly proven in practice)enhanced hydraulics coping with large volume of drilledcuttings was created for applications where balling is present.

Our impregnated rock destruction tools are capable of drilling formations up to XI category of hardness and XIIcategory of abrasiveness.Bits have composite layers made up of specially selected mixtures of diamond powder of different sizes and alloy.Mixture composition is dened individually depending on drilling conditions.

Appearance of Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS)allowed changing of traditional technology andincreasing of techno-economic performance of welldrilling.
One of the components of successfully carrying outdrilling operations with use of RSS is a competentapproach to selection of drilling tools capable to realizeall the potential of this system. Special attention shouldbe given in accounting for two main types of RSSaccording to method of bit displacement control relative
to well axis:1. Push the bit radial displacement of wholeassembly or its major part with respect to well axis;2. Point the bit positioning of bit is achieved bymeans of tilting drive shaft with respect to BHA.
Two different RSS types require widely different bitdesigns.
Lateral and axial loads are accounted for in the cuttingstructures gauge length and its aggressiveness.Cutting structure durability must correspond to RSSrequirements.

Expansion of blades, equiped with high quality PDC cutters, into operating position
is provided by the effect of differential uid pressure between owbore and wellboreannulus.
Delivery set of all types of underreamers includes back pressure valve which preventstool from sludging during round-trip operations and interchangeable blades easilyreplaceable in rig conditions, signicantly reducing repair and maintenance costs.

BURINTEKH develops and produces necessary tools for high quality coring of 52, 80 and 100 mm in diameter,including core heads for coring in formations of I-X category of hardness and I-XII category of abrasiveness andmulti-purpose core barrels of different lengths.The use of BURINTEKH core heads and core barrels together allows carrying out of coring activity with maximumeffectiveness and high techno-economical performances.
BURINTEKH develops and produces steel and matrix body core heads, equipped with PDC cutters, thermally stable
polycrystalline (TSP), impregnated diamonds or their combination.Core heads equipped with PDC and TSP cutters are designed for coring in unconsolidated, soft, medium and hardformations providing maximum core recovery at high penetration rates. Specially developed hydraulics prevents corewashout. Impregnated core heads are designed for coring in strong formation with maximum core recovery. Due tospecially selected proportion of diamond sizes, core head provides high rate of penetration.Core heads are being designed depending on concrete geological-technical data in accordance with customerconditions and priorities for any existing in the world core barrels.

with PDC cutters, thermally stable polycrystalline (TSP), impregnateddiamonds or its combination.
High quality bare pipes of domestic and foreign manufacturers are used inproducing core barrels. All components pass strict quality control. Core barreldesign is multi-purpose and allows using one barrel for coring isolated andnon-isolated core due to using berglass core tubes and insulating uid.

Reamer Stabilizers
Reaer sabilizer KR-2St is designed for calibrating and reaming well sections represented
by medium, hard and abrasive formations. Reamer stabilizers allow reaming horizontal and high
dogleg severity wells preventing accidental sidetracking and sizing wellbore to nominal diameter.
Reamer stabilizers are produced with two tapered surfaces. Tapered surfaces, reinforced with
tungsten carbide inserts with cutting edge, comprise reaming part of a tool. Letter on nomenclature
designates box-pin type body, letter S spiral blades, L left-hand thread (designated with an
LH at the end of the thread designation), number at the end of code quantity of blades.

Designs of all punchers are protected by patents of Russian Federation.
modernized ie uncher ptm is designed for punching 825 mm holes in tubing and casingfrom 60 to 168 mm of domestic and foreign manufacturers to make a communication betweenthe interior cavity and the exterior annular space. This hole provides circulation restoring,prevents pulling pipes with uid out of wellbore, and relling into cement sheath and decreases
environmental pollution while well workover operations.
Punchers are produced of several series: ordinary K, for application in gas medium G, forapplication at depth 3000-6000 m VD.
Punchers are run in a hole on wire, cable, ush-joint pipes or by throwing off.
Potential energy of a uid column and pumping unit pressure are used to actuate a puncher.

Our hydraulic and mechanical jars are designed for releasing a stuck downhole tool byup-and-down impacts with static axial load (tension) and torque. Jars are included indrilling assemblies for sidetracking. We produce right and left hand shing and drilling
jars.
Today, we produce a brand-new torsional jars purposed for releasing a stuck tool by up-and-down torsional impacts.
Design of axial jar is own BURINTEKH, Ltd. development protected by Russian andforeign patents.
Main advantages are:
Singular case thread (between body and bottom sub);
Compactness which allows transport it on pickup and deliver it to hard-to-reach areason helicopter without external suspension;
Absence of extreme loads to hydraulic cylinder appearing during jar performance;
Ability of quick repair by changing hydraulic cylinder;
Jars for upward and downward impacts are different tools and can be placed in the
drillstring independently from each other or only one of them.

Why is stuck tool released by only up-and-down impacts along well axis? In fact, lifeexperience suggests that for pulling, for example, driven nail out it is better not onlypull it, but pull with simultaneous turn. Obviously, it is easier to free stuck downholetool if not only axial impact loads but also shock torsion torque are applied. To solvethis challenge, we developed torsional jars SHoCK tuRn, which can affectstuck tool by clockwise and counterclockwise and up-and-down impacts in differentcombinations.
Main advantages are: High power capacity. Torsional jar impact strength 56 times bigger than ordinary
jar;
