Programa de apoyo e impulso económico entre los 5 más importantes del mundo en relación al PIB. Cuatro grandes ejes de acción:
•Estímulo a la inversión y al consumo (+ inversión pública, capitalización Codelco, eliminación impuestos)
•Fortalecimiento financiamiento de empresas (Reducción impuestos, lineas de factoring, garantías estatales para refinanciamiento PYMES
•Apoyo a las personas (bono $ 40 mil para familias pobres beneficia más de 3,5 millones de personas, devolución anticipada de impuestos, subsidio al transporte público, mejores condiciones crediticias para la vivienda)
•Financiamiento del empleo y la capacitación (subsidio a contratación de jóvenes, subsidios a la capacitación profesional)
•Además de lo anterior: Aumento real del presupuesto 2009(10,7%)
