A principios del s. XX San Sebastián vivió su Belle Époque, convirtiéndose en el destino turístico preferido de la clase alta europea. La reina María Cristina instaló su residencia veraniega en el Palacio de Miramar y florecieron los hoteles de lujo, casinos y teatros... La ciudad todavía mantiene su esencia.
At the start of the 20th century, San Sebastian experienced its Belle Époque, becoming the preferred tourist destination of the European upper classes. Queen María Cristina made the Miramar Palace the summer residence of her court, and the luxury hotels, casinos and theatres flourished.

La que fuera residencia veraniega de la reina María Cristina a comienzos del s. XX ofrece hoy la oportunidad de cenar, bailar y disfrutar de buena compañía en sus salones de época.
Formerly the summer residence of Queen María Cristina in the early 20th century, visitors have the chance to dine, dance and enjoy good company in its period lounges.
Inaugurado en 1912 por la reina regente María Cristina, fue el aloja-miento favorito de la alta sociedad de la época. En sus estancias se han alojado personajes como León Trotski, Mata Hari o Coco Chanel. Lujoso interior totalmente Belle Époque.
