INFORME FINAL ALBAILERA ESTRUCTURALDISEO ESTRUCTURAL DE UN EDIFICIO DE 6 PISOS
I. OBJETIVOS
1.1. Objetivo General
Realizar el diseo estructural de un edificio de 6 pisos.
1.2. Objetivos Especficos
Realizar el pre dimensionamiento de los elementos estructurales. Realizar el metrado (para sismos) de todo el edificio. Determinar el centro de masa, rigidez y excentricidad para cada nivel del edificio. Verificar el edificio por esfuerzo axial por gravedad. Determinar la Cortante Basal. Determinar los efectos por torsin. Realizar el metrado por reas tributarias. Realizar los planos estructurales y arquitectnicos de todo el edificio.
II. DATOS GENERALES

2.2. Ubicacin:

2.3. Descripcin del suelo:
Tipo de suelo rocoso o suelo muy rgido.
Parmetros del suelo:Tp=0.4S=1.0
2.4. Zonificacin:
La ubicacin del edificio es en la regin costa, por lo que se encuentra en una zona ssmica 3. Del cual se obtiene su factor de zona igual a:Z = 0.4
2.5. Categora de la edificacin
El edificio est clasificado, segn el RNE (Norma E030), en la categora C: Edificios comunes. Por lo que se le asigna un factor de uso U = 1.0
2.6. Dimensiones del terreno
El terreno donde se construir el edificio, tiene dimensiones de 5.6m x 20m.
2.7. Descripcin del edificio
El edificio, que consta de 6 niveles, ser utilizado como una pensin para estudiantes o trabajadores, en la cual consta de un comedor pblico en el primer piso, y los posteriores pisos, diversos dormitorios para la hospitalidad de los huspedes. Cabe mencionar que del segundo al sexto piso, estos tendrn el mismo diseo tanto arquitectnico como estructural.

Conclusin: Observamos que en cada nivel hay espesores iguales debido a que tenemos alturas iguales en cada nivel, entindase que la altura que se debe considerar para el anlisis debe ser altura sin arriostramiento entonces tomaremos de la siguiente manera:Muros Perimtricos: 0.25 m c/tarrajeoMuros Interiores: 0.15 m c/tarrajeo
Los muros ubicados en el permetro de la edificacin son importantes porque proporcionan rigidez torsional al edificio por lo tanto se tomaron de 0.25 m3.1.1.2. DENSIDAD
