AJUSTE DE LA DOSIS DEL CETUXIMAB
El tratamiento con ERBITUX debe suspenderse en caso de reacciones cutáneas grado 3:
• Primer episodio: Interrumpir y reanudar a la misma dosiscuando el rash descienda a grado 2.• Segundo y tercer episodios: Interrumpir y reanudar el tratamiento a dosis menor cuando el rash descienda a gradotratamiento a dosis menor cuando el rash descienda a grado 2 (200 mg/m2 en el 2º episodio y 150 mg/m2 en el 3º )

• Insistir en las recomendaciones de higiene general.
• Tratar las lesiones desde el inicio; no esperar a que evolucionen.
• Utilizar la administración tópica preferentemente, ya que estos pacientes suelen tomar mucha medicación oral.
• Las reacciones cutáneas son fácilmente tratables y raramentese requiere la interrupción del tratamiento con inhibidores del EGFR.
