Do some digging on prospects of interest and get to know them off the court

If everything checks out, continue watching the prospect

Make a Scholarship Offer

If you decide you want the prospect then make a scholarship offer to the prospect

Step 8

Pursuit of Signing the Prospect

If you make it to step 8 you will be hoping to sign your prospect to make it official
