3.2 Cerradura

La cerradura de la puerta ser un elementoque ser suministrado por Ingetur, no por elfabricante.

3.3 Rejilla de Aireacin

El material de la rejilla de aireacin ser elindicado en los planos vigentes.

Posteriormente a su construccin sergalvanizada segn lo indicado en laCS.166-1

3.4 Junquillo

Se colocar un junquillo de proteccincomercial en forma de U calidad EPDM ydureza 65/70 Shore A.

4. DIMENSIONES

Las dimensiones de los distintos elementossern los indicados en los planoscorrespondientes. Las tolerancias seguirnla UNE EN 22768 grado medio.Todas las piezas tendrn un corte uniformeestando exentas de rebabas tanto lasaristas como los agujeros. Las aristasestarn redondeadas con radio de 1mm.

5. TRANSPORTE Y EMBALAJE

Todo material deber ser entregado en lostalleres de fabricacin en palets ocontenedores estando identificados con:

Denominacin y dibujo del elemento

Cantidad suministrada

Nmero de referencia INGETUR Nmero de referencia proveedor

3.2 Lock

The door lock will be supplied by Ingetur,not the manufacturer.

3.3 Airing grille

The current drawings indicate grille airingmaterial. It will be galvanized after

construction according to CS.166-1

3.4 Door stop

Place a U-shaped commercial protectivedoor stop of EPDM quality and hardness65/70 Shore A.

4. DIMENSIONS

The corresponding drawings indicate thedimensions of the various elements. Thetolerances comply with UNE EN 22768medium grade.All the parts will have a uniform cut and theedges and holes will be smooth. The edgeswill be rounded with a 1mm radius.

5. TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING

All material must be delivered to themanufacture workshops on pallets or incontainers labelled with:

6. DOCUMENTACIN FINAL

6.1 De cliente a proveedor

La presente Condicin de suministroCS.010

CS.166-1 Tratamientos superficiales Galvanizado

Planos con las especificacionesdimensionales de los distintos

elementos que componen la puerta.

6.2 De proveedor a cliente (departamentode calidad)

El proveedor emitir un dossier de calidadque contendr como mnimo los siguientesdocumentos:

Certificado de material 2.2 segnUNE 36801: 1992. (EN 10204:1991).

Informe dimensional

6.3 De proveedor a cliente (almacn)

Los siguientes documentos sernobligatorios para la recepcin del material,en caso contrario el material ser devueltoal proveedor. Los documentos tendrntrazabilidad a la pieza.

6. FINAL DOCUMENTS

6.1 From client to supplier

CS.166-1 Surface treatments-Galvanizing

Drawings with the dimensionalspecifications of the variouselements that make up the door.

6.2 From supplier to client (qualitydepartment)

The supplier shall issue a quality dossiercontaining at least the following documents:

Materials certificate 2.2 according toUNE 36801: 1992. (EN 10204:1991).

Dimension report

6.3 From supplier to client (warehouse)

The following documents are compulsory toreceive the equipment, otherwise theequipment will be returned to the supplier.The documents must be traceable to thepart.
