8) REGISTRO DE DOMINIO

- RESERVATION AND OWNERSHIPLos bienes son propiedad del vendedor hasta el completo pago de las mismas según las condiciones.

Until full payment has been made, the goods sold remain the exclusive property of the seller, the transfer of ownership cannot take

place until full payment has been received.

A deferred payment or the delivery of a security or instrument creating an obligation to pay shall not constitute a payment within the

meaning of this clause. However, upon delivery of the goods, the buyer alone assumes the risks, including fortuitous and force majeure

events, and is solely responsible for any damage it may cause.

Consequently, the buyer undertakes to take out any useful insurance to cover his risks and responsibilities, and must justify it to the

seller at the first request. WHITEFUN SL expressly reserves the right to claim and take back possession of the delivered goods except in

the case of bankruptcy, or legal redress of the buyer and case of suspension of payment.

9) DEVOLUCIONES - RETURN OF GOODSCualquier devolución debe ser previamente aceptada por WHITEFUN SL.

Any possible return of merchandise must be authorized in advance by WHITEFUN

SL. The shipping costs would then be borne by the customer.
