Presentation of the company and productsFARY LOCHAN DISTILLERY was founded on the 18th of December 2009 by the passionate entrepreneur Jens-Erik Jørgensen. His vision was to make the best single malt whisky in the world right here in Denmark! We are a family run distillery and we value high quality over quantity at any time! We produce a very limited number of whiskies per year, and the number of releases is also very limited. Besides whisky, we also specialize in Gin, Aquavit and Liqueurs.

Unique Selling PointsWe use a small part of our own malt, but the main part of the malt used is original whisky malt. This combination of malts make our whisky unique - and the highest quality is always ensured. We use fresh nettles to smoke our malt, which is also very unique to us. The mineral filled water used in the production comes from the clean spring under Farre Town.

What type of cooperation are you interested in? If relevant, in which specific countries?Relevant specialized spirit shops or dedicated bars/restaurants.

Presentation of the company and productsNordisk Brænderi ApS is a Danish family-owned micro-distillery located at the windy coast in Northern Denmark. The distillery is founded and managed by engineer and adventurer, Anders Bilgram, who lead a pioneering expe-dition around the Arctic Ocean. During these adventures, Anders became passionate about translating his adven-turous personality and love for nature into handcrafted premium spirits. In 2009, this became a reality and Nordisk Brænderi started its own adventure. Today, all products are craft distilled on handmade German Müller copper pot stills. The pot stills are fitted with state-of-the-art columns that are designed to fully extract complex flavours of the unique botanicals we use in all our products.

Unique Selling PointsWe strive for high quality, working to make smooth, classic and adventurous spirits that can be sipped straight – but that are just as good in your favourite cocktail with a dash of this and a garnish of that.

We handpick our botanicals locally, we mash locally and we distill locally. This means that the batches might differ slightly from each other, since the taste of the botani-cals can differ in relation to the time of the year that the botanicals are picked. All products are heavily inspired by the unique nature of Northern Denmark. Our water flows straight from a spring within a stone cast of our front door. Our apples and pears are grown, picked, and pressed less than fifty miles south in Denmark. This is what we mean by local distilling, and this is what we do.

We are particularly proud of one of our internationally recognised products: Nordisk Gin. Combining our love of many interesting botanicals that Anders came across during his adventures and our love of good gin made perfect sense when setting out to develop this gin. Besides juniper berries, it contains Greenlandic qajaasat, Swedish cloudberries, Icelandic angelica seeds, and Danish apples and rosehip petals. The rosehip petals are collected on a large “Collecting Day” in the Western part of Jutland in June. Friends and family gather and spend the entire weekend helping to collect the hundreds of thousands of petals that are required to make next years’ production. The Greenlandic qajaasat is handpicked by some of Anders’ friends on Greenland. Nordisk Gin challenges traditional dry gins by its rich floral body.

During the past couple of years our craftsmanship has been internationally acknow-ledged, and our products have won several medals: Nordisk Gin: Double Gold Medal, Hedesnaps: Gold Medal, Havesnaps: Silver Medal, etc. And, the distillery has been awar-ded by Distillery of the Year 2016 and Aquavit Distillery of the Year 2016.

What type of cooperation are you interested in? If relevant, in which specific countries? Our interest lies in a distribution agreement within the HORECA segment and specia-list shops and bars. We are specific interested in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, and Sweden.

Presentation of the company and productsIn 1997, René Christensen first started experimenting with liqueurs made from nature’s rich stock of fruit and berries. He experimented over several years with various types of yeast and length of fermentation, until he finally succeeded in finding the perfect formula – and Creme De Sureau, our Elderberry variety was born.

When NORLIQ first started promoting the product, customers and experts were impressed with the fine balance between alcohol, light sweetness and the port-like nuances.

René continued the product development by introducing Creme de Cerise, our Cherry variety. This product has been very successful and is a very popular as well in the summer on-the-rocks as at Christmas. In 2015 the latest product Creme de Noix , a liqueur made from green walnuts, came on the market. This product has caused sensati-ons across our markets and is very popular served with the cheese board or as a low-alcohol avec.

Unique Selling PointsNORLIQ offers a set of unique liqueurs – the Sureau may be the only fermented elderberry liqueur on the market and the Noix has been generally acclaimed to set new standards for peers.

What type of cooperation are you interested in? If relevant, in which specific countries?NORLIQ is looking for international distributors with particular emphasis on Ger-many, France, Italy and UK.

Presentation of the company and productsIt all started in a basement, with two friends, who wanted to do something new on the Danish shots marked. Denmark has a long tradition of consuming shots. We wanted to make a shot from the best, natural ingredients possible. It would seem obvious to make a quality product using real natural ingredients, but the “regularly” produ-ced shots are made with aromas, glycose and molasses spirits. We use the best liquorice available, which is made from real liquorice roots from the Middle East. We use real, natural sugar and a spirit made on grain, which give the smooth and round taste of the product.

The people behind the company are Lasse (a Danish champion in cocktails for taste) and Anders (long track record in the industry, with a large experience within sales, marketing, strategy and HR).

Pure Shots started in July 2015, beginning full time in March 2016, where the sales opened to the broader Danish market. Sales went from zero - 20,000 bottles a month very quickly and we are still experiencing a rapid, conti-nuous growth. We are about to launch a new flavour; the Pure Passion and mango). We succeeded in closing a deal with the most respected festival in Denmark (Smukfest), where we will sell 500.000 shot tubes.

Unique Selling PointsThe shot is handcrafted using only natural ingredients. It is a high-quality shot, and we are committed to devel-op other flavours and to create other new high-quality products, following the same formula of using natural, high-quality ingredients, and to become an internationally respected company.

What type of cooperation are you interested in? If relevant, in which specific countries? We are interested in cooperating with a company, who can be responsible for sales in other countries. This is of particular interest in the Scandinavian countries, where we know demand for the shot already exists. Other forms of cooperation could also be of interest, but we are mainly seeking to cooperate with a company or distributor, who can be responsible for a new market.

Pure Shots A/S

We develop and produce hand mixed spirits. At the moment only shots, but we are looking into other possibilities to make high-quality products

Presentation of the company and productsWine beyond comparisonFrederiksdal Kirsebærvin A/S is owned by CEO Harald Krabbe, the Chef Jan Friis-Mikkelsen and journalist Morten Brink Iwersen. At the estate Frederiksdal, there is 40 ha with Stevnsbær cherries. Stevnsbær cherries are found in several parts of Northern Europe, but the Danish berries are the very best. The three men made a decision that in the future, the excellent cherries were to be refined at Frederiksdal. The estate owner Harald Krabbe set out to le-arn more about wine production by visiting some of the very best winemakers in Europe. Together, the three men have developed new methods for production of cherry wine, which many wine reviewers have hailed as a breakth-rough for Danish wine production.

”Good wine is made in the Orchard” and ”the pursuit of the ultimate cherry wine” are key concepts for Frederiks-dal Kirsebærvin. No one has ever fermented cherries like this, no one has been chasing the genetic best cherry in terms of taste for wine production, and no one has built a winery combining techniques from Bordeaux, Banyules, and Burgundy with wine ageing in Cognac, Port, red wine and Grand Marnier barriques. Everything is put into play on the quest for a taste in the wine that when enjoyed gives the feeling of angel wings. Ageing and maturation gives very different taste in the 7different types of wine, which are beyond comparison.

Unique Selling PointsSitting with a glass of Frederiksdal wine in your hand, you are introduced to a unique wine. You have to forget about both grape wine and cherry wine and let yourself be surprised. Our wines have some unique flavours that originate from one of the best fruit in the world, namely the Danish Stevns cherries. With these cherries, we have established a quality wine that does not really taste like anything else. It is not traditional cherry wine, as you pro-bably already know. It is also not port wine or red wine. It is something very special.

We are in the middle of a wine revolution, as we are the only winery in the world pro-ducing a fruit wine with a unique taste, by fermentation of cherries.

A wine for cheese, dessert, game, beef and charcuterie made of the grape of the Nordic countries, Stevnsbær.

What type of cooperation are you inte-rested in? If relevant, in which specific countries?Establishing business relation with compani-es in Holland and Belgium, that are involved in selling wine to the Horeca segment.

In November 2016, Ingrid 2015, a dry sparkling apple wine based on late-harvest hand-sorted Ingrid Marie apples was released. The Ingrid Marie apple has optimal conditions in the Nordic climate due to the difference in temperature between the cold nights and the long light days, which results in a unique aroma and acidity that charac-terize the wine.

The 2016 production, which is expected to be released to the market starting in late 2017, contains sparkling wines made from blackcurrant, gooseberry, strawberry, plums, lingonberries, yellow raspberry, as well as various apple varieties.

What type of cooperation are you interested in? If relevant, in which specific countries?Andersen Winery is looking to initiate export of our products, and we are interested in identifying distribution partners and setting up a distribution network in the European region, followed by Asia and North America.

Presentation of the company and productsHORN CIDER is being produced in the winery at the family farm Kristinesminde in Mid-Jutland, near Silkeborg. Kristinesminde is Kristoffer’s childhood home and this is where the dream of creating Nordic nature wine comes alive.

At HORN CIDER, we use mainly the apple varieties Bramley and Belle de Boskoop, both old Danish apple varieties known to be sour apples that are good for cooking. We use these two apple varieties because the high acidity and the strong apple aroma gives us the finest wines.

Alcoholic fermentation of apple juice to wine takes between 70 and 300 days. HORN CIDER does not use cultu-red yeast for alcohol fermentation, instead the philosophy of HORN CIDER is that we only want to use the yeast, which is found in the wild. In the early part of the fermentation we, therefore, mixed a small amount of honey from Kristinesminde own bee farm in the wine and cider. HORN CIDER is using honey as an alternative to the cultured yeast.

Unique Selling PointsA fresh and crisp taste of aromatic apples fermented with wild yeast from honey. Nordic nature wine.

Presentation of the company and productsI have been making wine on amateur basis for some years, and I wanted to go professional.

The company makes Cabernet Sauvignon wines – at the moment 2 different wines:Dania: Cab. Sauvignon blended with Shiraz, 14%AROS: Cab. Sauvignon blended with Merlot, 14%. Very fruity, good as dessert wine.

Grapes are grown and pressed in Italy, which I ferment on oak in Denmark and blend into two red wines – it’s not possible growing such grapes in Denmark due to the climate. This also creates wines at a lower costs than with Danish grown (different tasting) grapes.

I want to create a Chardonnay white wine later and an apple wine.

Unique Selling PointsThese are the only Cab. S wines made in Denmark. Fermented directly on oak.

Uniquely designed beautiful labels, perfect for wine gifts.

Handcraft: bottles polished, corked, cap and labels – all done by hand.

What type of cooperation are you intere-sted in? If relevant, in which specific coun-tries?I would like to export to Germany to 1-3 buyers.

So preferably to wholesellers or perhaps a chain of hotels/restaurants.

Presentation of the company and productsHornbeer is a farmhouse brewery founded in 2008 by Gunhild and Jorgen Fogh Rasmussen. Before the foundation of Hornbeer, Jorgen ran a brewery as a hobby for more than ten years, and in 2008 the family was ready to com-mercialize brewing. The first year, 2008, the stout from Hornbeer “Caribbean Rumstout” was elected as best new beer in Denmark.

9 years later, the production is around 2000 hl/year. Hornbeer is well known for a very different assortment – 30 different beers in total. Among them, fruitbeers, spontaneous fermented beers, lagers, ales, IPA’s, stouts and diffe-rent season beers.

Unique Selling PointsHornbeer´s philosophy is that the beers should be distinctive, but still very drinkable.

Each beer has its own history, and the labels are very colorful and try to make the world a bit more happy by its often cracy and fancy figures. Gunhild has a gallery at the brewery and designs all the labels.

All our beer is brewed with the least possible consumption of resources. On the roof of the brewery, is mounted a lot of solar panels producing electrici-ty to the brewery, and all the beer is chilled with naturally cooling from the ground. It’s our goal to brew all our beer CO2-neutral. A great amount of our beer is organic.

Many of the beers has been winning awards over the whole world. Hornbeer brewery was elected as “Brewery of the year in Denmark” in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013.

Presentation of the company and productsMunkebo Microbrewery is located on the Danish island of Funen in a romantic old mill from 1962.

Our founding family has always brewed beer in the small farms of our island and the knowledge was passed down from mother to daughter in generations. However, the family yeast was lost around 1950. To recreate the family farmhouse ale, our brewmaster, who is PhD in Health Science, isolated different strains of brewing yeast from local beers, and one of them was a perfect match of the aroma and taste of the local beer. So the genuine beer from the old farms lives again.

Our vision and goal is to focus on beer, where yeast produces delicious aromatic compounds and flavour our ales. However, we also brew different styles like Scotch ales, Weißbier and very hoppy Ameri-can ales.

We grow our own hops, which we have selected from the local old forests and select new hops every year to expand our hop fields with Danish and Funen hops.

Unique Selling PointsOur brewmaster is PhD in science and isolated Brewers Yeast from a local beer.

We are brewing innovative Craft Beer, using our own yeast and old traditions from the area of Fyn and the old farms combined with the academic knowledge from University of Copenhagen. We add a historic touch to our Craft Beer.

Presentation of the company and productsSnoremark Æblemjød [Snoremark Apple Mead] is a contemporary re-interpretation of the Nordic mead. The apple mead is brewed on the basis of local produce grown at the Snoremark farm located close to the fiord, Roskilde Fjord. The farm dates back hundreds of years – a fact visualised in the Snoremark logo featuring a Nordic rock engraving that illustrates a ploughing goddess of ancient times.

Mead is the term used for wine brewed on the basis of honey and was for centuries the finest Nordic dessert wine. In 2010, Snoremark’s master brewer chose to reinvent the entire mead brewing process. She was so successful that the first brew was appointed the best mead in Denmark by the Danish Beekeepers’ Association, who is in charge of assessing Danish mead. Since then, Snoremark Æblemjød have won several awards in Danish fruit wine competiti-ons and have been highly commended in the Danish as well as foreign media.

The mead, Snoremark Æblemjød, is available in various flavours: rosehip, hops, meadowsweet, or buckthorn per-fect to serve for aperitif, cheese or a dessert. The alcohol level is 13-15%. Snoremark also produces a sparkling dry mead: Angelica mead perfect for fish and smoked meat with a alcohol level of 7%.

Presentation of the company and products“Nordic Innovation and Asian Tea Traditions in a Champagne Bottle”Sparkling Tea is a new innovative beverage category developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. Along with his companion Bo Sten Hansen he founded Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company in January 2017 with the ambition of making the best low- and nonalcoholic sparkling products in the world. The Sparkling Teas are made of a cuvée of teas the same way you create a cuvée of grapes in the making of champagne. We only use high quality organic teas in our products. To extract the perfect flavour from the teas, the leaves soak in both hot and cold water for an extensive period of time. Afterwards a little white wine or grape juice is added along with freshly squeezed lemon juice to balance the taste and create a vinous expression in the product. Before being bottled the teas goes through a secret refinement process only known by a small handful of people. Sparkling Tea should be served chilled from a champagne glass.

We offer three varieties of Sparkling Tea:“Blå” (Blue Label) is ideal as an aperitif, paired with a meal, and for all social events. With its high complexity of taste, it is perhaps the best ”high end” non-alcoholic product on the market today. “Rød” (Red Label) is our version of an organic sparkling rosé. It is colored by hibiscus and has a pleasant bitterness and crisp tones of red berries. It’s a perfect match for appetizers, seafood, fish and white meat. “Grøn” (Green Label) has crisp notes of citrus and green tea. The addition of white tea creates a freshness that makes it ideal as an aperitif, paired with sushi and other dishes from the Asian kitchen.

Unique Selling Points-Handcrafted and 100% Organic -New beverage category with a global potential – You can be first mover in your domestic market-The Sparkling Teas will be listed in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Denmark and Sweden such as AOC (2-starred Michelin), Hotel D’Angleterre (1-starred Michelin) and Malmø-based Vollmers (2-starred Michelin).-Non- or Low on alcohol product with a long, complex and rich taste.-Ready to upscale production when needed

Presentation of the company and productsMariendal Mosteri Djursland is located at Aalsrode, Denmark. The location is surrounded by a beautiful landscape including fields, beaches and forests.

The Bjoernholt Tyssoey family’s exquisite apple orchard is created on foundation of the exclusive surroundings. It combines ecology and environmental awareness with modern family life.

The farm is located perfectly for apple production on a north to-south sloping area, and its proximity to the ocean helps prevent frost from setting during the blooming season in springtime. Each year the family’s old apple trees provide a yield of highly acidic apples, which makes them ideal for apple cider, wine and juice. In 2013, the family acquired their own full automatic apple press facility with a production capacity of 1000 kg apples per hour. Mari-endal Mosteri Djursland focuses on quality above all, which makes them among the best in Denmark.

Unique Selling PointsOnly the best variety of Danish apples and berries are used and sorted by hand. Our range of products are past-eurized with a low temperature, to maintain the raw quality.

Normally the apples are harvested before they are ripe, because it adds a refreshing quality to the finished pro-duct. We choose the best quality for our production. Sometimes we leave the apples on the trees 2 – 3 weeks longer than normal. This gives the juice a full, strong and fresh taste. Sometimes we combine different apple sorts, which provides a perfect balance in taste, aroma, acid and sweetness. Every production is different from the other.

Presentation of the company and productsMe&Ginger is owned and run by two partners, Bjørn and Jan, and it all started as a merge between Jan’s love and passion for ginger and Bjørn’s sense of business. They aim to make the best ginger shot in the market and they are involved in all processes to ensure that it is all done ‘their way’. They don’t compromise on the ingredients that are of course organic. Me&Ginger has only existed a year but is already to be found in the best spots in Copenhagen. So far they have only been focusing on ginger shots, but will introduce two new shots later this year. They aim to create a ginger-universe by including ginger in all the recipes. Me&Ginger is not a juice-company but a gin-ger-company.

Unique Selling PointsMe&Ginger tries to stand out from the competitors by squeezing the ginger in a special way in order to get as much flavor and juice out of it as possible. It’s more complicated and time consuming but they are willing to take the time to make a unique ginger shot. They have chosen a special bottle and asked a famous 70-year old female tattoo artist to draw the label. So looks, taste and organic ingredients are the three areas where they focus.

Presentation of the company and productsNørrebrew is a Copenhagen based startup with a focus on natural and simple ice tea products. The aim is to take on the well-established, but synthetic and low quality ice tea products, which is dominating the market today. First to the Nørrebrew family was Maté Maté - a yerba maté based, South American inspired ice tea, with just the right balance between bitter, sour and sweet. Maté Maté have since its launch in 2014 been successful in the bar and nightclub scene, primarily in Copenhagen and Aarhus. Maté Maté was recently launched in Sweden.

Brand new to the Nørrebrew family is Maná - four different variants of freshly brewed organic iced teas: a white tea with grapefruit and agave; a green tea with mint, lime and agave; a rooibos tea with agave and lime; and a hibiscus tea with agave. Maná contains a maximum of only four ingredients and are always brewed on whole leaf tea - exactly as you would make tea at home. The prominent taste of tea is central to our product, only supported by some added acidity and sweetness from agave. No processed sugar or other ridiculous ingredients are added!

With Maná meaning any positive treat that faith brings you, inspired from the polynesian culture and religion, it is our ambition for Maná to be exactly that. Achieving this through ingredients of high quality, simple production methods and the long Danish tradition of organic production.

Unique Selling Points-100% organic quality-Freshly brewed on whole leaf tea-Low caloric content, with agave sirup as only sweetener-Produced by a local Copenhagen company with an original history and lots of creativity!

Presentation of the company and productsRetap ApS is a Danish design company established in 2009. Retap stands for ‘refilling with tap water’. Retap’s mission is to provide clean, environmentally sustainable and cost effective water solutions as an alternative to disposable waters in plastic bottles. Retap values good design, good health and a sustainable lifestyle. With these values in mind, Retap designed the Retap Bottle especially for drinking tap water. The Retap Bottles comes in three sizes; 300 ml, 500 ml and 800 ml. It is made from borosilicate glass: an extra strong kind of glass that is unlikely to break. Retap Bottles are easy to clean in the dishwasher to assure that the water stays clean and is safe to drink. The overall vision of Retap is to improve the way people drink tap water. Up until now, Retap has done that by pro-viding reusable glass bottles, a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to buying water in plastic bottles. This year Retap has added a new sustainable product line to the assortment Retap Infuse.

Unique Selling PointsRetap Infuse is a collection of instant beverage mixes for making flavoured water. Retap Infuse is made from real fruit extracts containing only natural flavours and colours. Moreover, it is low in sugar and calories only ca. 2 g of sugar and 8 kcal pr. 100 ml prepared beverage. The Retap Infuse Collection consists of four different flavours; Lemon Lime, Cranberry Orange, Elderflower Ginger Lime and Raspberry Mint. The four flavours all have their own unique flavour profile. Retap Infuse adds a refreshing hint of natural flavour to tap water, making it even more enjoyable to stay hydrated during the day at home, at the office or on the go.

Retap Infuse is a supplement to drinking plain tap water and an alternative to ready-to-drink flavoured water and other sugary beverages in plastic bottles. Retap Infuse is, however, a more convenient and sustainable way to hydrate. It eliminates the need to transport bottled water across long distances, and only produces a minimum of packaging waste when mixed with tap water in a glass or a reusable water bottle. The Retap Infuse stick packs can be stored at room temperature, no cooling or refrigeration needed, generating less costs both economically and environmentally. Just mix the stick packs with cold tap water, and you have a cold and refreshing drink.

Retap Infuse is available in packs of 10 stick packs, a Collection Box with 50 sticks packs of each of the four flavours, and Refill Boxes with 180 sticks packs of one flavour.

What type of cooperation are you interested in? If relevant, in which specific countries?Restaurants, hotels and cafes etc.
