Recommendations
Recomendaciones para el curvado, taladrado, punzonado y corteLas barras de Cuponal pueden ser facilmente dobladas, normal al plano o en el borde.Cuponal tiene menos memoria que el cobre, y como resultado una curva resulta más fácil de lograr. Sin embargo, se requiere un gran radio de cobre para permitir las siguientes características de acoplamiento entre el cobre y el aluminio. Las barras de Cuponal no deben doblarse alrededor del borde de un cuchillo.Los radios de curvatura recomendados para los tamaños estándar de barras rectangulares de cuponal se detallan en la tabla.La formación de la presión debe ser gradual y no por impacto.La perforación y el punzado se debe realizar después que el pliego se ha completado.
Punzado:La herramienta de punzado debe ser diseñada de la misma manera que para su uso con barras de cobre planas. Es importante que la matriz debe dar soporte adecuado lo más cerca posible al borde de cizallamiento.
Corte:Cuponal puede ser cortado usando los métodos que se aplicaron al alimunio. La alternativa con molienda de dientes de sierra con forma trapezoidal da buenos resultados y no es necesario desbarbar
