NDICE DE PRECIOS PROMEDIO DE MATERIALES
DE CONSTRUCCIN: 2013 (Base: Ao 1994 = 100)
Durante el ao 2013, el ndice de Precios de Materiales de Construccin de Lima Metropolitana, creci en 2,06%, cifra mayor a la registrada en el ao precedente 2012 (-2,25%). En el periodo de anlisis la tasa ms alta se observ en el mes de febrero (0,58%) y la ms baja en el mes de diciembre (-0,04%). En el resultado del 2013, influy principalmente el comportamiento de siete grandes grupos: Metlicos present el mayor crecimiento con 4,71%, explicado por el aumento de precios que registraron las varillas de construccin con 8,8%, tubos de fierro galvanizado 4,0%, tubos de acero negro 3,6% y alambrn 2,7%, incidiendo en ellos la mayor cotizacin del dlar. Asimismo, subieron los precios de Ladrillos en 2,97% (pandereta 3,9%, para techo 3,2% y King Kong 2,7%, por el alza de petrleo industrial); as como, los Accesorios de Plsticos y Suministros Elctricos con 2,87% (tubos de PVC 5,6%, accesorios de PVC 5,0% y cables telefnicos 1,1%, por el mayor costo del insumo); Aglomerantes con 1,29% (cemento portland tipo I 1,4%) y Maderas con 1,18% (roble 2,9% y tornillo 2,2%). En menor medida, aumentaron los precios de Agregados con 0,75% (hormign 3,3% y arena gruesa 1,0%) y Vidrios con 0,05%. De otro lado, mostraron reduccin de precios los dos grupos restantes: Estructura de Concreto con -0,10% (planchas onduladas -1,3%) y Maylicas y Mosaicos con -0,13% (maylicas -2,1%). .
