amadip.esment recibe en Madrid el II Premio In-tegra BBVA Se trata del reconocimiento más impor-tante a nivel europeo por las candidaturas presentadas y por su dotación económica (200.000€). Se nos ha concedido por nuestra trayectoria en materia de in-serción laboral de personas con discapacidad intelec-tual. El acto fue presidido por la ministra de Sanidad y Política Social, Trinidad Jiménez. Gracias al BBVA y a todos los que lo habéis hecho posible.

Comença l’aventura de l’oli El passat més de juny vàrem posar la primera pedra per a la producció d’oli de quali-tat amb la plantació de 37.000 m2 d’oliveres. Són 1.140 unitats de les varietats arbequina, koroneiki i empeltre que d’aquí a uns anys en donaran la matèria prima de l’oli d’amadip.esment.

Son Llebre, nueva residencia gestionada por el Consorcio APROP Atenderá desde junio a las personas con discapacidad más necesitadas. Por el momento, 41 personas se han trasladado a su nuevo hogar, donde se beneficiarán de un entorno más tran-quilo, diáfano e individualizado.Son Llebre, cedida por la Conselleria d’Afers Socials, me-jorará la atención en el Centro de Son Tugores. El Consor-cio APROP fue fundado por amadip.esment en 1992.

amadip.esment is awarded the II Integra BBVA Prize in Madrid This is the most important form of recog-nition on a European level, both for the amount of applica-tions it accepts and the amount of the award (200,000€). The award was given for our contribution to the occupa-tional rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities. The ceremony was presided over by the Minister for Health and Social Welfare, Trinidad Jiménez. Our thanks go out to the BBVA and to all who made this possible.

The olive oil adven-ture begins In June we laid the first stone for our quality olive oil operation by planting 37,000 m2 olive trees. There are 1,140 trees in total of the arbequina, koroneiki and empeltre varieties which, in a few years, will be capable of producing the raw ingredients for amadip.esment’s olive oil.

Imprenta aumenta su oferta de servicios con marketing directo y promocional Nues-tra imprenta ha pasado a formar parte de la red nacional Gupost, empresa líder en campañas de comunicación a nivel nacional con más de 25 años de experiencia. Este acuerdo nos permitirá ofrecer a nuestros clientes nuevos servi-cios en tratamientos de bases de datos, personalizaciones, campa-ñas promocionales, call-centers, logística, envíos postales, etc.

Son Llebre, the new residence managed by the APROP Consortium From June onwards, it will look after people with the most serious disabilities. At present, 41 people have been transferred to their new home, where they will be able to benefit from a quieter, more spacious and more personalised environment. Son Llebre, which was donated by the Council for So-cial Affairs, will improve care in the Son Tugores Cen-tre. The APROP Consortium was founded by amadip.esment in 1992.

Fiesta flamenca en la vivienda del Rafal-Coll d’en Rebassa Volantes, lunares, peinetas, zarci-llos, farolillos, toro de osborne... y el ambiente flamenco estaba servido. La ilusión por hacer disfrutar a los chicos del servicio de viviendas fue la base para que empezasen la música, los bailes y el picoteo. En el montaje del sarao (decoración, costura, maquillaje, compras, cocina...) se implicaron a tope los monitores de todas las viviendas.

Novedades en el cafè botiga de Palmanova Para que los pequeños puedan disfrutar a su manera del cafè, hemos puesto a disposición de nuestros clien-tes un espacio infantil atendido por una cuidadora. Está disponible los sábados y domingos de 13.00 h. a 18.00 h. Para los mayores, de 16.00 h. a 20.00 h. te-nemos una promoción de tapa del día y caña por 2 €.

Vacaciones de verano para todos Los servicios han organizado sus actividades para este verano. Desde ocio han propues-to 4 estancias en diferentes hoteles de Calviá. Desde residencia, las actividades se dirigen a personas con necesidades de apoyo intenso, grupos muy reducidos en hoteles adaptados y de pocos días de duración. En viviendas se han programado 2 estancias en Ca’n Pastilla, 1 para jóvenes en S’Albufera.

Coberta vegetal pel centre de Pal-manova Consisteix en un enjardinament del terrat. La planta absorbeix l’aigua per capil·laritat d’uns dipòsits que recapten aigua de pluja. A nivell ambiental aques-ta solució disminueix la pèrdua d’energia perquè millora l’aïllament tèrmic i s’aprofita al màxim l’aigua. Estèticament, el formigó es substitueix per una superfície vegetal i, a més, constitueix una protecció passiva per incendis.

New developments at the café-boutique in Pal-manova In order for the youngest to be able to enjoy their stay at the café in their own special way, we have built in a children’s play area supervised by a monitor. It is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 13.00 to 18.00. For adults, we have a special offer of half a pint of lager and tapas of the day for 2 € from 16.00 to 20.00.

Summer holidays for everybody Our dif-ferent departments and services have or-ganised their summer holidays. The Leisure Department has proposed 4 stays in different hotels in Calviá. The Residence Service has organised activities aimed at those with a need for intense support and supervision with very small groups staying in adapted hotels for just short periods of time. The Apartments Service has planned 2 stays at Ca’n Pastilla, and 1 for young people in S’Albufera.

A roof garden for the Palmanova Cen-tre We have installed a roof-top garden and the plants absorb water through a system of trickle irrigation from tanks of stored rain water. From an environmental perspective, this solution reduces energy loss because it improves the thermal insulation of the building and also recycles water. Aestheti-cally, concrete is replaced by a surface of greenery and, what’s more, it also provides a passive protection barrier against fire.

A Flamenco festival at the Rafal-Coll d’en Rebassa apart-ments Frilly skirts, polka dots, ornamental combs, hoop earrings, lanterns, the Osborne bull... and the flamenco atmosphere were well and truly present. The idea behind the evening was to provide enter-tainment for the maintenance work-ers at the apartments, getting them to kick off the music, dancing and buffet. All of the apartment moni-tors were involved in organising the activity (decoration, costumes, make-up, shopping, cooking...).
