• Alissa Universal Motors Co. Ltd. (AUM) is the new name of the business unit that holds Isuzu franchise within Alissa group (previously Abdullatif Alissa Auto Co. Ltd.)

• AUM is established in January 2009 as a separate legal entity.

Current Situation

• Alissa has an official approval from Isuzu Motors for establishing the new company and signing the new dealer agreement with the new name by an official letter from Mr. Shintani.

• Correspondences between Alissa and Isuzu Motors updating the progress of establishing the new company.

Next Step• AUM is waiting for the dealer agreement with the

new company name.

• The dealer agreement is essential for registering the dealership at Ministry of Trade and for participating in governmental tenders.

• Time is critical, we would like to finalize the dealer agreement as soon as possible.
