• Flexible Partial Dentures:

• Made from nylon

• Comfortable

• Aesthetic

• Versatile

• Affordable

• Alternative to implants, crowns and bridges

Arfona has invented a process to 3D print flexible partial dentures from nylon:

• More efficient workflows, material and labor savings

• Streamlined education for new 3D designers entering the field of dental technology

• r.Pod®

Desktop 3D printer is based on Fused Filament Manufacturing (FFM) technology

• The printer uses two extruders (denture material + support material) to build a three dimensional object

• Support material is mechanically separated from the printed denture

• Denture is trimmed and polished using standard laboratory procedures

• Denture teeth are added to the printed base either from prefabricated molds or custom milled from blocks of resin or other materials that cannot be 3D printed
