To whom it may concern: June 17, 2014 I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Andres Novoa during his time at JR’s. Andres reported directly to me and was instrumental in changing the way JR’s approached the market. Technology companies are in a constant state of change but never so much as the past two years as early security features expired or evolved and new ones were instituted. In addition to his direct sales and account management responsibilities Andres maintained all cost and pricing updates and their distribution internally as well as to the customer base. He also did most of the development of our on-line shopping cart which now allows our customers to place orders 24/7 and has brought in incremental sales currently at 6% of total monthly volume and growing each month. Andres’ professionalism and personality earned the respect of customers and coworkers alike. I hated to see him go but fully supported his efforts to grow.
