Formamos el presente perfecto progresivo (a veces llamado el "presente perfecto continuo") con que / ha + sido + verbo principal de ING. Usamos este tiempo para hablar de una acción en curso que se inició en el pasado, todavía está en proceso, y puede continuar en el futuro.
