Las rúbricas, son como las partituras en un concierto:
o Indican a cada quién lo que tiene que hacer
o Promueven la práctica independiente
o Predicen el resultadoo Seguirla (o no seguirla) es notable
Promueven la armonía
asesor-alumno
Permiten la claridad en el objetivo
de la actividad
Es una herramienta que enlista los criterios que se establecen para
evaluar cualquier tarea, incluyendo una gradación de la calidad para cada
uno de estos criterios.
1Definición¿Qué es una rúbrica?
PARA EL ASESOR:o facilita la evaluacióno permite realizar
retroalimentaciones detalladas que ayudan al estudiante a comprender sus debilidades y/o fortalezas.
o les permite autoevaluar su aprendizaje
o hace explícitas las expectativas de su profesor.

Rúbrica holística:describe el proceso global o el producto final como un todo, sin evaluar por separado sus componentes.
3Tipos de rúbricaExisten dos tipos de rúbrica
Rúbrica analítica:califica primero las partes individuales de un producto o del rendimiento y después suma las puntuaciones individuales para obtener la calificación total.
CRITERIOS A EVALUARAspectos que el asesor considere relevantes en el desarrollo de competencias y que se tomarán en cuenta en la evaluación.
4Elementos de una rúbricaExisten dos elementos en una rúbrica
GRADOS O NIVELES DE EVALUACIÓNElemento cuantitativo en una rúbrica que interpreta el desempeño del estudiante al realizar una actividad.
Establecer parámetros claros sobre lo que busca evaluar
Identificar los elementos específicos y observables que demuestren los estudiantes en la tarea
Redactar descripciones en 4 escalas (mínimo) de deficiente a excelente incluyendo elementos colectivos de rubricas holisticas e individuales de las analiticas
Incluir ejemplos para aclarar los niveles que establecemos
Revisar la rúbrica y reflexionar sobre su efectividad
