This publication was created with the firm desire to promote and strengthen the debate arising from the region around the challenges and obstacles encountered in the management of a diverse society on a local scale. A reality that is the result of global social change, with which we live and work every day. The European project, Labour Plus, funded by the European Commission, (Interreg IVC), has provided the opportunity to promote this European level study, to exchange good practice between members and to make learning from ongoing experiences possible.
