The description and location The name of the place Position in the organization area or department to which it belongs Physical location (office, factory, shop ...) Mission Job Roles and Responsibilities dependents People Material and equipment charge Skills and qualifications necessary Degree, required studies, level languages Specific training of the job Years of professional experience ...

Step 4. Establish human resources policy.

a) Policy acquisition or recruitment.

b)Remuneration, compensation and incentives.

c) Performance evaluation.

  d) Policies of training and professional development.

The human resources department should specify: • which they are the hierarchical levels• skills and conditions that will require the worker to

move to a higher level• who are candidates to be promoted
