Since you were successful …how did you take your work?

As he is successful, he take his work as a goal.He believes in to achieve the goal one has do

smart work and tried till achieved the goal.

To become a successful, one has to clear the direction of his goal.

He believes in opportunity. Always be honest, sincere and disciplined in your

best manner, it is his contribution in organization.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE In 1989, GPSC EXAM was organized by Government of Gujarat , then

the government had choose one and only one class 2 officer. There was five thousand entries for that. He thought, one and only one out of five thousand that should be

mine. Then he setup a vision to get that vacancy and he started the

preparation of GPSC EXAM with smart work. And finally he cleared GPSC exam. And he was selected for class 2 officer. This experience gave him courage that “I can do” with attitude and

overcome from “fear of failure”.

VISIONHis vision is to make his student to

able solve any kind of problems in industry, society and elsewhere………...

MESSAGE FOR FUTURE ENGINEER

According to him, future engineer would have creativity, practical knowledge, leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Engineer take a work as a challenge..
