Xingfucun Mixed Use Beijing 幸福三村公寓 This mixed-use, 180,000 m2 project is located on the west side of Xing Dong Road just south of the Canadian and German Embassies and not far from the well-known San Li Tun restaurant street. 该项目位于加拿大和德国使馆南侧的兴东路，是一个建筑面积为 180，000 平方米的综合性项目，距离不远便是有名的三里屯餐馆街。 An open-ended, curving, tree-shaded pedestrian promenade runs like a relaxed spine through a series of gate-like apartment towers. A five-story podium, with shops open to the streets, defines the internal street and square, as well as the project's external street facades. The top two floors of the podium are large courtyard houses. The project re-introduces urban life into China's ancient capital, contrasting sharply with recent residential developments that tend to create high-security walled-fortresses isolated from the texture of the city. 新型的开放式入口，绿树掩映的折线形步行路穿过 H 型的公寓楼， 5 层裙房的下面三层为商业，上面两层为豪华的四合院。连续的裙房围合出热闹的步行街与小广场，同时为外部街道的立面。本项目为中国古都营造了一种新型的开放街道式生活方式，它与近年来由院墙大门严密围合保安林立的住宅区形成鲜明对比。本项目目的在于与原有城市肌理的融合而不是孤立。 The gate-like apartment towers, with direct access to the streets below, have a variety of apartment types, including finger-like portions with one unit per floor and dramatic penthouse units. The towers have heavy walls with punched openings for windows facing northeastern winter winds, and a more generous area of windows facing south and east for passive solar heat gain in the winter. The design applies the same ancient Chinese building tradition of "open to the south and closed to the north". Easy access to generous underground parking preserves the ground-level "people" spaces. H型公寓塔楼由多种户型组成，包括一层一户细高如手指的公寓楼和带有屋顶花园的顶层豪华单元。公寓北立面采用大面积实墙小面积窗洞以抵御北京冬季的西北风, 而大面积朝东南的玻璃幕墙则可以吸收太阳能。
