1. OBJETIVO

Almacenar, manipular y transportar el Gas Licuado de Petróleo desde el centro de almacenamiento hasta el terminal requerido por EP Petroecuador, de manera eficiente y efectiva, manteniendo siempre las normas de protección y seguridad respectivas.

-25 Jul. 2007: EP FLOPEC y EP Petroecuador suscribieron Convenio de Alianza estratégica No. 2007207, donde EP Flopec se compromete a construir y operar el Terminal Marítimo y Almacenamiento en Monteverde y EP Petroecuador se compromete a construir y operar el gasoducto La Libertad – Pascuales y despacho en la Terminal de Chorrillos.

- 17 de marzo del 2011: EP FLOPEC y EP Petroecuador suscribieron un convenio ampliatorio al Convenio de Alianza estratégica No. 2007207,donde EP Petroecuador asume la compra de GLP para el país y EP FLOPEC se compromete a efectuar el servicio logístico nacional, a través de un almacenamiento flotante y en tierra cuando la planta de almacenamiento se encuentre terminada, así como el servicio de transporte marítimo nacional.

-19 de marzo del 2011: EP FLOPEC y EP Petroecuador suscribieron el Contrato 2011116, donde EP FLOPEC se compromete a efectuar el Almacenamiento Flotante, Manejo de carga de GLP y Transporte Marítimo desde el Almacenamiento Flotante hasta el terminal Tres Bocas.

EMBARQUE DE PRACTICO DE CANAL

- 29 de marzo del 2011: EP FLOPEC y BW LIMITED suscribieron un Contrato, donde BW fletará el LPG/C BW LIBERTY desde el 1 de mayo del 2011 por 15 meses para efectuar el Almacenamiento Flotante de GLP en Punta Arenas.

- 10 de enero del 2012: EP FLOPEC y PETREDEC LIMITED BERMUDAEP Petroecuador suscribieron un Contrato, donde PETREDEC fletará los LPG/C LYNE, SIR IVOR y GRENDON desde el 1 de mayo del 2012 por 12 meses para efectuar el alije de GLP.

-15 de marzo del 2012: EP FLOPEC y EP Petroecuador suscribieron el Contrato 2012090, donde EP FLOPEC se compromete a efectuar el almacenamiento flotante o en tierra, manejo de carga y transporte Marítimo de GLP.

-EP FLOPEC y el Banco Central de Ecuador suscribirán un Contrato de comodato, donde el BCE entregará las oficinas del 11vo. Piso del Edificio “Valco” en el centro urbano de la ciudad de Guayaquil para la Gerencia de GLP de EP FLOPEC.
