Este proyecto nace como una petición hecha por el Pastor Raúl García de Ochoa. Dirigido hacia la dirección de la facultad y atreves de ella hacia los alumnos de taller 2. La tarea es desarrollar un complejo de edificios dedicado al culto de la religión metodista. Ubicado en un terreno de más de 13 hectáreas ubicado en Cadereyta. Dentro de los espacios requeridos se solicito el diseño de un colegio en el que se brindara educación laica. El colegio tendrá la capacidad inicial de albergar 300 alumnos, siendo un grupo destinado a cada nivel de estudio en kínder (3), primaria (6) y secundaria (3). Con la intención de aumentar la población a 600, duplicando la cantidad de salones para cada nivel. Entre otros espacios requeridos que serán mencionados posteriormente.

This project was born as a petition made by Pastor Raul Garcia de Ochoa. Aimed toward the direction of the faculty and dare it to students in workshop 2.The task is to develop a complex of buildings devoted to the worship of the Methodist religion. Una de las búsquedas del proyecto es generar flexibilidad, “el potencial del sistema/estructura reside en la polivalencia de sus componentes/unidades”. Los dos elementos principales con los que se trabajo fueron: divisiones horizontales y mobiliario, siempre con el objetivo de permitir el cambio entre los elementos. Una de las maneras de proceder a con el mobiliario fue la compactibilidad, permitiendo así que en el momento que determinado mueble dejara de ser necesitado pudiera ser almacenado para su uso posterior, dejando así espacio libre, otra manera en la que se trabajo con el mobiliario fue mediante la experimentación con su polivalencia en donde el mobiliario de un espacio pudiera cumplir funciones diferentes. Aunque estas fueran similares, y se está el factor del “libre albedrio” “la función encontrada”, de qué manera los estudiantes pueden explorar el mobiliario.Uno da de las estaciones de mayor estudio fue el aula del kínder, en ella las divisiones horizontales se fusionaron con el mobiliario.En la mayoría de las divisiones se busco su fácil remoción y almacena-miento, permitiendo retirar de manera independiente cada muro para así poder obtener diferentes calidades de espacio.

Una de las solicitudes para el proyecto fue que tuviera la posibilidad de duplicar su capacidad, pasando de 3 aulas de kínder a 6, de 6 de primaria a 12 y de 3 de secundaria a 6.Para lograr esto se agregaron 3 nuevos edificios, los cuales estarían ubicados enfrente de sus predecesores, al llegar estos nuevos individuos la dinámica del espacio cambiara, pues el espacio en donde estaba ubicada primaria mayor (últimos tres años de primaria) estará utilizado por secundaria, primaria menor (primeros tres años) se mantendrá en su misma ubicación y el espacio de secundaria será ocupado por primaria mayor

El proyecto nace bajo la solicitud del centro geriátrico luz y esperanza. Ellos ya contaban con área construida (la cual se muestra en la imagen). Sus instalaciones eran apenas suficientes para cubrir con la demanda de su población. La petición fue diseñar un nuevo centro geriátrico conservando y reutilizando el ya existente, aumentando su población pasando de atender 12 mujeres. A 96 personas (48 hombres y 48 mujeres). La idea fue que se tuviera la flexibilidad de recibir tanto parejas como individuos solos, la población está dividida en dos grupos mas alla del genero, están las personas que requieren de menor atención, y los que requieren de una atención mayor, este grupo está ubicado en el segundo piso, contando con dormitorios y áreas de esparcimiento. Una de las condiciones del proyecto es que pudiera ser construido en etapas, y sin realizar modificaciones mayores a la estructura original. El proyecto se resolvió en dos grandes etapas.

The project comes under the request of “luz y esperanza” geriatric center. They already had built area (which is shown in the picture). Its facilities were barely sufficient to cover the demand of their population. The request was to design a new geriatric center preserving and reusing the existing building. Increasing the population from 12 women, to 96 people (48 men and 48 women). The idea was to have the flexibility to receive both couples and single individuals, the population is divided into two groups beyond gender, are the people who require less attention, and those that require more, this group is located on the second floor, with bedrooms and recreation areas.One condition is that the project could be built in stages, and without making major modifications to the original structure. The project was solved in two stages.

EEl departamento encargado de asignar los proyectos en la facultad, paso por un periodo de proyectos muy divertidos y quizás poco recurren-tes, uno de ellos fue este complejo de pista de go-karts y oficinas.El espacio cuenta con una pista de go-karts profesional, que puede convertirse en dos pistas de la mitad del tamaño. Cuenta con área de estacionamiento con capacidad normal de 63 vehículos y en caso de ser necesario ampliable a 140. Un área de snack, interior y exterior, área de gradas, una torre para ver las carreras desde el interior y una torre de control (bajo petición), área de oficinas, y área de venta de equipo y suvenir. el área de reparación y cuidado de los go-karts está ubicada en subterráneo, teniendo acceso directo de una extensión de la pista.El concepto funcional-formal, atiende a los fenómenos como fuerzas lineares atreves del tiempo, manifestándolas en el mundo de lo tridimen-sional como líneas en caos, el proyecto pretende ser un nudo, una liga, un fenómeno magnético o área de coincidencia, en donde estas fuerzas se envuelven o solo están en contacto. Go-kart, peatón y automóvil.

The department in charge of assigning projects, went through a period of really fun projects and perhaps atypical ones, one of them was this go-karts track and offices complex.The space counts with a professional go-kart track, this track can become into two separate smaller tracks. it has a parking lot that can normally hold 63 cars, if necessary, it can hold up to 140. It also counts with two snack areas, one on the inside and the other located on the outside, there is a seat area, an inner tower to see the races, and a control tower ( asked by costumer ), there are offices, a souvenir shop where you can also buy some equipment, the go-kart pits are located underground having direct access to a track extension.The concept functional-formal undergoes phenomena like linear forces through time, manifesting in the tridimensional world like lines in chaos, the Project pretends to be a knot, a link, a magnetic phenomena or a coincidence area where these forces surround or touch each other. Go-kart, pedestrians and vehicles.

Como parte de un taller de representación de la facultad, para demostrar nuestro conocimiento de achicad la maestra solicito que realizáramos un proyecto en este software, podía ser un proyecto existente o uno nuevo, mi elección fue realizar el proyecto desde cero. Siendo este un complejo de vivienda y comercio en el primer nivel, dejando espacio de áreas verdes para el uso del colectivo, y en el interior de la plaza comercial un pequeño parque.

As a part of the Faculty’s representation workshop, to show our Achicad skills the teacher asked us to perform a project in this software, it could either be new or not, so I decided to start my project from scratch. This being a living and trade complex at the first floor, we have left Green areas for colective means, and in the interior of the mal there is a Little park.
