Nuestra HistoriaEn Aceros Alfa S.A. nos dedicamos a la fabricación de piletas

para cocina, baño, lavadero y mesadas en acero inoxidable.

Desde el momento de nuestra fundación en 1967 hemos mantenido

un crecimiento constante que nos llevó a posicionarnos como

líderes y referentes en el mercado.En la actualidad la totalidad de

nuestros productos se distribuyen a lo largo y ancho del territo-

rio nacional y desde hace algunos años en varios países de

América.Contamos con más de 150 modelos que cubren las más

variadas necesidades de los usuarios. Las líneas económica,

standard, semi lujo y lujo se comercializan bajo la acreditada

marca Mi Pileta. La vasta trayectoria de más de cinco décadas

que respalda a nuestra empresa se encuentra �rmemente vincu-

Our historyIn Aceros Alfa S.A. we manufacture sinks for kitchen, bathroom,

laundry and countertops in stainless steel. Since our foundation in

1967 we have maintained a constant growth that has led us to

position ourselves as leaders and benchmarks in the market. Today

all of our products are distributed throughout the national territory

and in several countries of the American continent. We have more

than 150 models that cover the most varied needs of users. The

economic, standard, semi luxury and luxury lines are marketed

under the Mi Pileta brand. The vast trajectory that supports our

R E COMENDAC I ON E SRecommendations

El adecuado mantenimiento de piletas y mesadas de acero inoxidable

• El mantenimiento de una pileta y /o mesada de acero inoxidable es

muy sencillo. Bastará con un lavado diario con detergente, enjua-

gue y secado.

• Recomendamos realizar periódicamente un lavado más profundo.

Estando la pileta seca con un limpiador cremoso realizar el lavado,

un buen enjuague y secado. Con esto evitaremos la acumulación

de grasas o sarro que puedan formar manchas en la superficie de la

pileta y /o mesada.

• Recuerde que existen productos diarios (sal, limón, mayonesa,

ácidos lácticos, sangre, etc.) que pueden manchar la pileta y /o

mesada.

• Importante, nunca dejar debajo de las piletas de acero inoxidable

botellas de vidrio o de plástico, sin sus respectivas tapas, con

lavandina, detergentes y/o productos corrosivos ya que sus

vapores pueden manchar la parte trasera de la pileta.

• En ningún caso deberán utilizarse elementos abrasivos tales

como limpiadores en polvo, esponjas de acero, virulanas, etc.

Correct maintenance of stainless steel sinks and worktops

• Stainless steel sinks and/or worktops are easily maintained by a

gentle daily wash with detergent, rinsing and drying.

•We recommend a more thorough dry surface cleanup using a

cleaning cream, clean water and a pad to remove all traces of

grease or deposits in sinks and/or worktops.

• Remember that there are normal household products such as salt,

lemon, mayonnaise, lactic acids, blood, etc. that may leave stains

on your sink and/or worktop.

• Important, never leave plastic or glass bottles under the

stainless steel sink, without their respective cap, with bleach,

detergents and/or corrosive products as their vapors can stain

the back of the sink.

metal sponges, etc.

Aceros Alfa S.A. cubre sus piletas y mesadas de acero inoxidable

AISI 304-18/8 y 18/10 mediante esta GARANTIA indiscutible de

defectos de fabricación, en usos normales, por el término de 5 años.

Aceros Alfa S.A. reemplazará sin cargo cualquier pileta y/o mesada

de acero inoxidable calidad 304-18/8 y 18/10, probado que sea

defectuosa con otro modelo igual o equivalente, y habiéndose

comprobado que ha sido utilizada para su uso normal y doméstico

y con el tratamiento adecuado y no dañado debido a abusos, usos

inadecuados o negligencias. En caso de reclamo se solicitará

prueba de la adquisición, (conserve su factura de compra).

Aceros Alfa S.A. se reserva el derecho de inspeccionar toda pileta

reclamada antes de su cambio. La decisión de la empresa será

terminante. Los costos de reemplazo excluyen envíos y todo

costo de mano de obra por cambios y/o reinstalaciones.

Aceros Alfa S.A. no será responsable en casos de:

• Modificaciones al producto y/o instalaciones inadecuadas.

• Daños debidos a usos abusivos, tales como golpes con elemen-

tos que caigan sobre las mesadas o dentro de las piletas.

• Mantenimientos y cuidados inapropiados.

• Usos indebidos, tales como exposición a químicos corrosivos,

soluciones fotográficas.

por parte de Aceros Alfa S.A.

• Usos comerciales y no domiciliarios.

Esta GARANTÍA anula y reemplaza toda otra GARANTÍA emitida o

implícita.

Esta GARANTÍA es exclusiva para el usuario final.

Aceros Alfa S.A. no será responsable directo o indirecto por

daños accidentales o consecuentes relacionados a los bienes

aquí mencionados.

Ningún empleado, agente, distribuidor u otra persona está

autorizada a emitir otra GARANTÍA en nombre de Aceros Alfa

S.A. para cualquiera de sus productos, salvo en escrito firmado

por autoridad de Aceros Alfa S.A. que otorgue o asuma tal

responsabilidad.

Aceros Alfa S.A. fully guarantees its AISI 304 18/8 and 18/10

stainless steel sinks and worktops for a period of 5 years in case of

defective manufacturing in normal applications.

Aceros Alfa S.A. will replace with out charge any 304-18/8 y 18/10

stainless steel sink or worktop supplied by Aceros Alfa S.A. that is

proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement provided it

has been used solely in regular residential application and used

and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse,

misuse or negligence.

Aceros Alfa S.A. reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be

defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are �nal.

Replacement cost excludes transportation and any labor costs for

the removal and /or reinstallation.

Aceros Alfa S.A. shall not be liable in case of:

• Improper installation/product modification.

• Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or objects

dropped on worktops and sinks.

• Improper care or maintenance.

• Improper applications such as exposure to corrosive chemicals or

photographic solutions.

• Any modifications made to the product after it left Aceros Alfa S.A.

premises.

• Commercial or non residential applications.

This WARRANTY supersedes all other WARRANTY expressed or

implied.

The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the user.

Aceros Alfa S.A.shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental

or consequential damages in any way related to the products

mentioned hereunder.

No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to give any

WARRANTIES on behalf of Aceros Alfa S.A. in connection with any

of its products except if in writing which is signed by an o�cer of

Aceros Alfa S.A. and expressly and intentionally gives such warran-

ties or asumes such liability.
