Bibles are coming! Bibles are coming! Bibles are coming! Our SECOND Busy Parish Retreat, will begin on the first Sunday of Lent and go through the Easter season. We will be focusing on our second HABIT of Inten onal Discipleship, which is: STUDY. As a parish family we will be reading the ENTIRE New Testament over 100 days. To get prepared, you will need a Catholic Bible. The difference between a Catholic and a non‐Catholic Bible, is primarily a Catholic Bible, needs to have footnotes that help explain difficult passages. If you can’t afford a Catholic Bible, come see me. Several parishioners have already told me they will financially help those who can’t afford a Bible. Next week we will have Catholic Bibles both in English and Spanish for sale. A great gi to give yourself, for Christmas! English Bibles were more readily available and so we are able to sell them for $5.00 in small print and $15.00 for large print. Eco‐nomic Spanish Bibles were very difficult to find, at a reasonable price. A er weeks of searching, we found a Catholic distributor in Miami, who gave us a GREAT dis‐count, so we can lower the price from $16.00 to $10.00. The Bible’s we are going to offer are so cover. If you prefer hard copies, I suggest Amazon is a good place to look for them on the internet. Here is what we will be selling: Large Print: $15.00 Small print: $5.00 Small print: $10.00 If you are new to our parish or did not choose to par cipate in our First Busy Parish Retreat and want to get involve in our Second Busy Parish Retreat, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU PICK UP THE BOOK WE ARE USING FOR OUR RETREAT AND CATCH UP WITH US. Queridos Feligreses y Visitantes, El Señor este con vosotros, ¡Las Biblias están al venir! ¡Las Biblias están al venir! ¡Las Biblias están al venir! Nuestro Ocupado SEGUNDO Re ro Parroquial empezará en el primer domingo de Cuaresma y seguirá pasando la temporada de Pascua de Resurrección. Nos enfoca‐remos en nuestro segundo HABITO de Discipulado intencional, que es: ESTUDIO. Como familia parroquial leeremos El Nuevo Testamento en su TOTALIDAD en 100 días. Para prepararnos, le hace falta una Biblia Católica. La diferencia entre una Biblia Católica y otra que no lo es, es que la Biblia Católica necesita que tenga apuntes marginales que ayuden a explicar los pasajes di ciles. Si no puede comprar una Bi‐blia Católica, venga a verme. Muchos parroquianos me han dicho que ayudaran a sufragar a aquellos que no puedan comprarla. La semana que viene tendremos Biblias Católicas en inglés y en español para la venta. ¡“Un buen auto regalo para la Navidad”! Las Biblias en ingles son más ase‐quibles y por lo tanto las vendemos por $5.00 con letras pequeñas y por $15.00 en letras grandes. Biblias económicas en español fueron más di ciles de encontrar a precio razonable. Después de semanas de búsqueda, encontramos un distribuidor católico en Miami, que nos dio un BUEN descuento, pudiendo de esta forma reba‐jar el precio de $16.00 a $10.00. Las Biblias que vamos a ofrecer son de encuadernamiento flexible. Si prefieren co‐pias de encuadernamiento duro, Amazon es un buen si o para buscar en la Inter‐net. Esto va ha ser lo que vamos a vender:
